I have had this for a few weeks. It is so light but warm at the same time. It’s winter so I wrap myself in it while I watch tv. In the warmer months it will be the perfect light cover for the bed. It’s well made. Satin trim is rich looking and holding up well.

This blanket is perfect for cool spring or fall weather. Once it gets cold it works great as a layering blanket between a linen blanket and a thicker top comforter or quilt. Super soft, easy to fold and wash. I’ve bought this one in 3 colors so far and also sent one as a gift. Worth every penny!

My husband and I both like to sleep with down throws on our bed but our old ones had become flatened and were shedding a lot. (Down breaks down over time.) I wanted to replace them with throws that had cotton covers but the only ones I could find were from The Company Store and cost $$$. As a creative solution, I bought this king sized lightweight down blanket and cut it to make 2 very generous sized throws (52"×74"). I'm very happy with the result! Because I cut it open, I was also able to see the quality and quantity of the down. Keep in mind this is a lightweight blanket with 12 oz fill weight. For comparison I pictured this blanket's tag with the tag of an all season down blanket which has 37 oz fill weight. The other significant factor in a down blanket is the percentage of down. This one has 75% down which is very good. The other 25% is composed of feathers which are heavier, bulkier, and less warm. The advantage of down is that you get more warmth for less weight. Sometimes people assume down means crazy fluffy, like you are sleeping in a cloud, but a blanket like that would be tremendously warm. A lightweight down blanket like this will be thin. Thin but warm. The cotton cover is also not going to be buttery soft like synthetic but it will be far more breathable and will most likely soften with time and use. Overall I'm very pleased that this worked out and now I have two down throws for fraction of the price!

Update 01/21/2017We've slept with this blanket for long enough now. The comfort level is great, but I've noticed feathers/down starting to fly. It was pretty good at first, but now every time I make the bed in the morning and shake the blanket I see the air fill up with feathers. Luckily, we use it in a cover, so that add extra protection. Even the dust bunnies under the bed are 70% feather. Kind of disappointing... I hope it will stop at some point, or at least not get worse and render the blanket unusable.I've had this blanket for over a week , slept with it nightly, so now I can write objectively about it. First off, great packaging. It came in a clear zipped plastic pouch. When folded, it takes up very little space, which is a great plus for a small NYC apartment. After taking it out of the package, I stretched it on the bed. The fabric feels thick to the touch so I don't think we'll have any issues with flying down/feathers. I must say that it fluffs up quite nicely is left to rest for a while after unpacking. We use it inside a duvet cover and surprisingly enough, to more you sleep with it, the fluffier it gets. Now it's loftier and softer than the first night we used. It makes that wonderful rustling noise, just like a comforter does, but it's considerably lighter and doesn't suffocate. I think it's the ideal cover for a bedroom with a temperature in the 70s F. I've already changed the duvet cover and didn't notice and loose down inside it. I was somehow apprehensive before buying, since many other customers complained about the shedding. I got the blue color, I noticed most complaints came from the white and grey ones. Maybe they're made differently... I wouldn't know.In terms of size, the 90"x90" is actually an 86"x86". The satin trim is 2" on each side. And since that's just added for decorative purposes, it's not filled, which makes is very malleable. If you have a smaller duvet cover (like we do) it'll fit in perfectly, with the satin edge folding up almost on its own. All in all, I'm very please with this purchase. The price was decent, and so far, the quality seems to match.

I absolutely love this blanket. I ordered queen size it fits perfectly. It's a delight to sleep under perfect weight not too hot but keeps me warm. Goes through the washer and dryer comes out fluffy. The color is a beautiful green. I would order again.

I bought this blanket due to the description of it being quite thin and I felt it would be great for me as a very hot sleeper. I have terrible trouble finding a cover that is warmer than a sheet but cooler than any light blanket as I get so hot. My husband and I sleep in separate beds as he is someone who piles on the blankets as he gets so cold. He has an electric blanket and two heavy goose down quilts on his bed and still gets cold. When I told him my new down blanket was very nice in its thinness, but I cooked with it and had to abandon it, he decided to try it. He LOVES it. For the first time in years, he is toasty warm with a very light covering from this puredown down blanket. He heats up his bed with his electric blanket and then sleeps soundly with this new blanket. He has restless legs and it seems to be the perfect weight and warmth to help with the restless legs. Yes, the blanket looks shockingly thin but it is amazing warm.

Been using this blanket for 4 months and have yet to see any feathers from it. it is down, not feather, and the outer shell is cotton, both of which were huge selling points for me. It is warm enough for cooler nights and not too warm for apartment life. It's light-weight cozy and breathable, unlike microfibre. The colour is true to the image and love the crisp, cotton fabric with the satin trim. It is well-made and the quality materials used is very good. This perfect-for-me blanket is an all round winner. I am very happy with this purchase.

I thought when this blanket said lightweight it would work for me. It was heavy getting it in the washer and taking it out for the dryer. The material is very wrinkly. As I move in the bed you can hear the noise of the material. One good point is the weight does feel good and keeps you warm.

The price is excellent. The colour (lavender) is lovely. I washed it right away & it kept the colour. We ordered a king for our queen bed & it fits, generously. It is cozy & warm without being "too warm". Our only complaint is this new blankets name: Noisy. This is what we call it because the material makes "crinkley" sounds. It doesn't bother us but others it might.
