It was easy to put together, everything lined up. They included extra screws. When you do the top shelf make sure you also install the side hooks at the same time. I missed that and had to unscrew then add it and screw it back in. I was surprised how sturdy it is for its size. I was glad I had short strap purses to hang on the hooks over the single shelf or the shelf would have been unusable. It was well packaged and arrived with no broken parts.

Very practical, assembly was completed in about 10 minutes, it comes with everything shown in the picture and fits perfectly. I put it in the entryway for the kids to hang their backpacks when they come back from school.
