Pushups are a great exercise but doing them on your knuckles can be uncomfortable and doing them with flat hands can bend your wrists which can also be uncomfortable. There is no gimmick here, just a great little piece of equipment that will force you to do perfect pushups, while making it less painful on your wrists and knuckles! A whole bunch of different angles can be used to target different muscle groups. Not high quality but for $15 you can't go wrong and if by some freak accident it does happen to break, I will just buy another one.

Great piece of equipment for developing the chest, triceps, back and shoulders! I highly recommend this sports equipment.

Pro: Easy to use once put together, does great job targeting the different areas, easy to change the handle positions, yet the handles pop in place & hold firmly enough to lift the pad & carry it. Unsnaps easily for storage.Con: A bit difficult to assemble & doest lay completely flat when it is. Even so, it isn't enough to cause the assembled board to be unsteady when in use.Used only once, but can already feel the "burn!"

I like that It has multiple positions. I dislike the quality of the material feels like I'm gonna break it sometimes. Other than that, it's not a bad product for starters.

I DONT GET HOW YOU PUT THESE TWO PIECES TOGETHER.. like do you slide it in? Nope. Do you put one over the other? Nope. I’m about to grab my drill and screw them in together…DONT BUY IT!YOU GET WHAT YIOU PAY FOR!

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. And it's so easy to use. You maneuver the handles the spots you wish to do a push-up then. He couldn't believe how sturdy product is and how it handles has an amazing grip. So he's able to exceed performance levels and always challenge himself and push harder. Product is portable it's easily stored. Overall. Great product! He uses this everyday.
