I had never bought a shacket like this before. I've recently lost weight and wasn't sure what size would now work for me at 5'3 220. I know that many items out of CH run smaller, that's why I check and appreciate reviews and why I leave them. I decided to order 2 different sizes and colors to see which fit and what color I liked best. I got an XL and a XXL. The XL fits great. Its not overly big, however wearing a very bulky sweater with bulky arms under it might be too snug, however I think it's fine for my needs. The XXL was definitely too big. Actually, it gave the popular "oversized " look. If you like that look, order a size up. Otherwise order your normal size. The length on the XL was slightly shorter , about 4-5 inches above my ankle. The XXL seemed slightly longer. The arms are a tad long. It has buttons and can look a little ballooned if you button them because of the length of the arms. I like arms unbuttoned and you can fold then over or ruch up. The fabric is thick, not thin. Medium soft. Has a nice sturdy collar you can pop if you want. Large pockets, however theyre in the side seams which makes them back a bit, but i can live with it. It gives great warmth. I could see using this most fall and winter especially if the weather doesn't get crazy cold. You can add a scarf and hat to give it a boho look or farmhouse/country look. As for the colors, I loved the gold, black, grey , white it gives classy designer company (Bxrberry ) I also liked the rust color wave.

It's heavy almost like wool and seems very warm. It's thick. It's soft exterior is nice. I'm 5'9 and 175 lbs. I got an XL and it comes down to my knees so it's long. It has pockets but they're all the way back on the side seams so a little harder to get to. Thats not too big a deal. It and the color were exactly as shown. It's a great shacket. I'd buy another in a different color.

Exactly as it looks. It’s not heavy, which is what I wanted. But it is so cute. I get compliments every time I wear it. Fit was perfect for my size.

I really wanted to like this shacket, but sadly it doesn't work for me. It's not very flattering. The arms and shoulders aren't as baggy as I thought they'd be, but the rest of the shacket is oversized so it makes my arms look shorter than normal. It's made really well, and it's heavier than I thought it would be, but not too heavy. It's perfect for winter or even cold autumn days. The outside material is soft, but the inside is a bit itchy. It has nice deep pockets.I still give it a good rating, because it's beautiful and looks great on the other reviewers! I'll turn it into a gift for someone who can pull it off better.

The medium is definitely oversized (I wear a 6 or 8) but that's what I like about it. This is my second shacket, I also have the gray plaid. They are warm, well made and come to my calf. Highly recommend!

I ordered size small, which is what I should normally wear, but the one I got seems like a large. It's HUGE! I can't possibly wear it as a shirt or even a dress because it's so big. I'm wearing it strictly as a coat. Cute for those evenings when a heavy coat isn't needed. Very soft fabric. If the sizing ran true, I would have given it more stars.

The colors in the picture are not accurate... its more like navy blue not black. Sleeves are too short so I roll them to make a quarter sleeve... Length is ok, it's not thick just like a long shirt. Material is itchy.

Purchased for colour combo and longer length. Despite my concern re sizing (hence my star rate) but cannot fault company in responding to my concern in a prompt manner. This service given if I could rate separately would be five stars. Product less stars

I read the reviews first and most recommended sizing down, which I did. I’m usually a L and went for a M and it fits perfectly! I didn’t want a super oversized look because I find the more fabric I have on the larger I look. The M is a perfect fit. I can button up if I want, but it looks amazing open. Excellent length. It’s def a fall or spring coat - thickish flannel but no lining so def not for winter unless you layer underneath. My only beef with it is I wish the pockets were slightly larger.Highly recommend!
