-- EDIT, ~6 weeks after purchase --Dropped the review to one star. On top of all the issues mentioned below, last night I was swapping out HDMI input sources, and as soon as I unplugged the existing HDMI cord there was an overwhelming smell of burning electronics pouring out of the system, accompanied by light smoke. I immediately powered the system down and unplugged it. I took it to a clearer area, plugged it back in, and now get nothing but "Protect" on the display, assumingly indicating it's in some sort of power protection mode from a blown transformer, judging by the continued smell. AVOID PURCHASING this item for any reason! -- END EDIT --Easy enough to unpack and set up, and has a great selection of inputs, but the second I turned it on, it started causing both UPS systems on that breaker to pop on and off. Turning it off and immediately back on fixes the problem, but this needs to be done any time it's been powered down for more than five minutes. An annoyance, but since this is intended to be left on for 24/7 background noise in my house with occasional use as part of my home theater experience, I found this acceptable. What was absolutely unacceptable was the fact that the noise from the built-in cooling fan was so loud that you could hear it from the next room, and it was actually overpowering a good portion of the audio.

This product looks nice, the sound works good with my speakers. I was wondering how to use the microphones, because the leaflet does not explain how to use them, mine looks connected, the amplifier detect the sound but nothing sound from the speakers

this receiver provide good sounds to my speaker.your money is worth it. thank you pyle.and i like the most the remote control you can change the band w/out touching the receiver and you can adjust the mic volume bass and treble thru remote. nice item.

I must say that this receiver seems like it could be a very nice one, however, I can't get it to work with my TV. I have a TCL Roku TV with HDMI ARC and no matter what I do I can NOT get the sound and video to play at the same time. I can either get a picture with a humming noise, or sound with no picture. The Bluetooth connection works fine for streaming, and the radio works great too, but nothing I do will fix the issue I am having with the TV connection. I am at a loss.

This receiver was a major disappointment. The cooling fan produces a constant whirring noise that is louder than the music I wish to play. Good grief guys, a stereo receiver shouldn’t be producing high levels of noise. Completely unacceptable from the get-go. I returned it with a suggestion that they send it back to engineering to have the cooling system redesigned.While that was the major issue, it’s not the only one. The AM/FM reception and signal processing was weak and spotty. To top it off, Pyle went off the rails with endless features and options with a user interface that boggles one’s mind. I never did figure out how to perform even the most basic functions.This receiver never should have made it out of the engineering labs. Back it goes.

Love it, So far I'm very pleased. It sounds great you can add a lot of speakers which I'm doing now. Klipsch speakers sound amazing on this receiver. Love the Bluetooth feature on this receiver and the microphones that come with it.

Buen sonido y fácil de usar. Solo tiene un ruido permanente del ventilador que se escucha aún en niveles medianos. Emite un sonido muy fuerte en los subwofers al encender y apagar el aparato por lo que lo primero es mantener los subwofers apagados antes de prender y apagar el aparato. Una ves funcionando encender los subwofers ... Por lo demás muy bien en su desempeño.

Perfecto para un karaoke como profesional y todo digital. Conecté hdmi directo de ipad (con accesorio apple) y saqué video directo a proyector también hdmi. Todo perfecto.
