turned out the fuser was not the problem, the printer is dead :( I was able to return for complete refund. Thanks Amazon. I will continue to do business with you.

It had everything we expected from an OEM kit. Installation is standard, and they do provide a few instructions to serve as a guide. The price is competitive by comparison with other vendors. Hope this is gonna last through hundreds of pages.

It came as expected. I knew how to install most of it. Was able to discern how to intall all of it. Included no cost core return label. I installed it on Thursday October 24, 2019. So far no problems and the print looks great. I never give a 5 star, that's who I am.
