The door looks great with the exception that it did not come with the two back screws, so I had to buy two matte black screws somewhere else. That was definitely an inconvenience of buying this product.

It looks nice- I wish it would lock better with two sliding doors together. I’m a little disappointed but it’s better than than what i had prior.

I purchased 4 privacy latches and 1 passage latch from QCAA hardware for pocket doors. These were described as fitting up to 1-1/2" thick doors. They do not. Screws which are supplied with the hardware are not long enough to retain the hardware. Also the latch pin is not long enough to engage the thumb turn and safety turn screw levers. Otherwise the finish is good quality.Since it is beyond the 30 day return period from AMAZON I will have to purchase additional longer screws and replace the latch pin with a longer unit. This doesn't make me happy.

I purchased one to see if it was any good. Turns out to be a very solid product I bought another one for the other door. It was not exactly the same as the one I was replacing but better quality. I chose to fill down the strike plate about 1/8 of a inch so the latch would grab instead of lowering the plate. Looks good.

It fit perfectly. easy instructions, we had to “flip the mechanism around†since the door opened to the right. But there are so many out there - make sure you measure.

After buying 3 different types of handles for my pocket doors,I finally am totally happy with these ones. The latch is easy to move and it looks great. So much better than the onward brand. wow
