These hinges were used on a mountain cabin for shutters. They are sturdy and were easy to install.

Product was scratched, some mounting pins were welded incorrectly and the mounting straps are not flat. Overall, I would not buy again.

So they are nice enough, lighter and thinner than the flat shutter hinges i got previously.The good:Each pack has a top and bottom hinge, which is nice.The bad:Some of the posts are not plum or true. By that i mean the post was slightly twisted to one side and inward at the tip. Had to beat on it a bit to get it to sit flat in relation to the doorThe worse:Of the two hinges in the pack, one is a fairly sharp corner to 45 degrees (or whatever angle it is). The other is a more gentle curve. Both packs had this same issue and it was the same piece (i.e. bottom bracket). Maybe this is intentional, i dont know. I do know this offsets the shutters as the curved piece is a shorter distance (shorter hypotenuse) and pulls the door in a good 1/4".So will they work? Sure. But I'm glad this isnt a piece of fine furniture.

I live in a coastal area and should have known better.Rusted out in 6 months.
