With the Quadratec winch mounting plate Kit, you can quickly and easily add a winch to your Wrangler JL, JL Unlimited, or Gladiator JT's factory steel bumper. This winch plate mount attaches directly to the factory locations without any drilling or modification and is designed specifically for Rubicon-style bumpers.
Compatible with winches with a 10" x 4.5" or 6.5" x 4.5" bolt pattern, all necessary mounting hardware is included along with detailed instructions for installation. This was incredibly easy to install. It fit my winch perfectly. It is one of the cheapest options out there, but you can't tell it from the quality of materials used. It had all of the hardware that you'll need for a solid install. The fit is perfect so it will function exactly as you want it to. The black color blends in with the existing steel bumper so it's hard to spot unless you know that you're looking for. The only suggestion would be to be sure whether your winch needs a spacer plate so that it sits high enough in the bumper.

Just a head’s up that the harbor freight 12000 lb non apex barely sits in there and the module hits the bumper. Wish I had known that. To solve I basically zip tied the module to the winch so it is at least attached and ready to go. The inside bumper bolts on one side were hard to reach with the winch in. Otherwise seems fine. If you don’t have a conflict with size, would rate a 5I dont need the winch often. Only Used one time in several years with the older Jeep and was swapping it into a JL.

Bought one first for our JLW. Love the one piece design and it comes with the fairlead adapter.Like it so much, bought the same one for the JTR.Installation is straight forward.

Like some other reviews have stated, the holes that go to the inside of the frame rails were way off, I had ti enlarge them quite a bit, and I'm no stranger to projects like this. I wanted this one because it isnall one piece, but just know you may have to do some fitting. Also, the winch sits at an angle, presumably to give more clearance from the grill. Just be aware of this before you buy

Let me first say that this is a well made very heavy duty product before I speak ill of the company. This is a quality product, but the instructions are junk! The instructions that were in my box wrer for a different model and kept referencing a part that wasn't included. It drove me crazy until I figured this out. It is a very straightforward install so the instructions were not necessary. I would 10 out of 10 buy it again, it is very rugged.

Let me start off by saying the product was amazing quality and very good packaging my only problem was the instruction booklet provided did not match the product that was purchased and the items that were in the booklet did not match what was provided, that being said if your a little mechanically inclined you can definitely install it without the instructions
