I ordered these somehow thinking I was just getting one pair--imagine my surprise when I got 12 lol. They work well, but I do have Jumbo quails that lay larger than usual quail eggs and these can only slice off the top part that's thinner. Depending on where the air bubble in the egg is, it sometimes chops the yolk in half and the part stuck to the top can be hard to get off, making me lose some of it at times. But, it still gets the eggs open nice and clean, and it's way more satisfying than cracking it by hand.

They work well, we clean them in the dishwasher. They're pretty cheap. They're cute. Good buy.

Yes, you can crack your quail eggs many ways, but these scissors are a great way to cleanly decapitate your eggs so you can tip out the insides all elegant like. The remaining shell is pretty (if you can figure out what to do with it). When I gift quail eggs I also give out the scissors, because they make the experience so much more fun.

These aren't the best quality. Need to be hand washed and sometimes get out of shape but can be easily bent back into place to work again. Not something to buy for a long time use, but was great to give as gifts and purchase incentives for first time egg buyers.

I always include a pair with each new customer. They are great little tools. Very easy to clean, I just put them in my dishwasher top rack never any problem.
