As someone who likes mattresses to be at least an 8 out of 10 on the hardness scale, this works great. I got the 10 inch because I had experiences with "hard" mattresses not really being hard, but I might even get the 12 inch if I could go back... But still, the 10 inch has decent cushioning and bounciness, I'm still amazed that a shippable mattress had proper springs! No smell, and it expanded pretty quickly in less than a day. A solid 10/10 for such an affordable mattress.

This mattress has surpassed all of my expectations. It arrived promptly and was pretty heavy (grab a friend to help!) but slid out of the box readily and was simple enough to unroll and set up. The letter opener that was included worked well to cut the plastic and it inflated quickly. We let it sit for two days before moving it to our bedroom and it completely inflated. It feels firm (but not too firm!) and well made. We've been sleeping on it for about a week and both my hubby and I love it. I was incredibly hesitant to buy a mattress online but we just didn't have the budget to go to a store and buy a "real" mattress. This is nicer than the Beautyrest I paid 850 for 5 years ago (and started sagging after 1 year). I'm so pleased! There were no smells, it's a fantastic buy, if you're looking for a great mattress at a wonderful price, don't hesitate. :)

I was very apprehensive about buying a mattress in a box but I love a challenge. BEST PURCHASE EVER.OMG once I opened the box and laid it on the box spring for the 72hrs as recommended it was all over.I am sleeping like a baby. The firm support coupled with the functionality is amazing. I Love it, my back has never felt so good in years. Great price as well.

First. I never write reviews BUT I am so impressed with this mattress. If yu want a firm mattress but not a board then this is for you! I would've given this mattress 5 stars but once I got it out of the box and the plastic wrapping it exploded and knocked me over. I'm not sure why people are saying it was hard to get out of the box when the box just wraps around the mattress and yu cut on the seam of the box. But the plastic wrapping..just be careful. Careful cutting that plastic. I used a box cutter. This mattress is very firm but not a board. Almost like a futon mattress only thicker. It's heavy so you will need 2 people to get it in place. It is well worth the money.

Only have been sleeping on it for a couple nights but so far I am happy! It was easy to set up. We had NO odor when opening it. We gave it 48 hours to expand and that seemed to be plenty.

This mattress is very comfortable, just the way I like it! Trust me when I say this was a good choice. Great value for the money. Excellent Support. Thickness is true to size. I got 12†inches. I’m sleeping so good. Suggested to wait 72 hours before sleeping on it. Wasn’t happy about that, but I waited. Worth the wait!
