Was very surprised on how well the product was made. Delivery was early, product is very very comfortable to sleep on, firmness is great. It appearance is well better and set up was fast to expand. Best value for money I ever spent on a mattress. Will do business with them in future as well as my friends & family will know for sure.

Love the mattress, so far I've been sleeping peacefully and very rested. But I think I should of gone with a 12" instead of 14". It sits up high so i need to get a stool to get into bed lol. I'm short. Size is big, not to firm, very comfortable.

I was skeptical about buying a mattress from here, especially a thick mattress. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The mattress got to 12-13" thick right out of the bag. I allowed it the 3 days to fluff and helped it with some heat twice a day. Lots of spring coils and a pillow top on this one. The mattress is mostly firm, but there are some areas which are less firm that help during sleep. I liked the black fabric and the price was extremely fair for what you get. You aren't going to get a Tempur-pedic or Serta sleep on this thing, but it will be extremely close for the price point. The only downside to it is that you will likely want a friend to help unpack and set it up. I did it solo, but it would have taken a fourth of the time to have some help.

Just recvd today so we haven’t slept on it yet but it feels comfortable to sit/lay on it. No chemical odor. Stitched well. Immediately inflated to 12 1/2 inches so we’ll see if it gets to 14. Even if it doesn’t, I’m pleased with it at this height for the price. It was comical getting it out of the bag so just have it in place before you start to open it. Although the mattress is shrink wrapped, the outer plastic wrapper will allow the mattress to unroll so be ready. I don’t know how durable it will be, but it will be in an extra bedroom and not used very often so hopefully it holds up to minimal use. Overall very pleased with a mattress in a box.

We’ve had this mattress for 2 months now. It’s a keeper. It’s not too soft, not to firm, to me it’s just right. O don’t wake up with a neck ache or sore shoulder anymore.It is very heavy so please have another person when moving.

I feel like this thing is too soft. And when my partner moves around I can definitely feel it so that's a lie. I feel like I'm sinking in I've only had this thing for 2 weeks and my neck and my back hurt every night now. I don't like it it's not a good mattress. It looks nice but that's about it. Find something better save you money I don't know what to tell you but don't buy this thing. Unless you really like a soft mattress then this might work for you. But it's not firm like they say. And I don't feel like it's very supportive either. I can't speak on whether it's durable cuz I'm only at it for two or three weeks.

It's only been a day but it feels very comfy, came fast, and I can't feel any springs... The true test will come in the morning...For the last year we've been on a mattress that cost just under 900 dollars from a huge furniture company that's very well known. That mattress has been killing our lower backs for so long, the pain is so bad waking up that it takes your breath away. I read that sometimes it can take some people's bodies time to get used to memory foam mattresses but it's been a year and I was finished!! I don't have back problems I never had any back injuries however my old mattress makes it feel like I broke my dang back. My mother came to town to visit and I gave her my room and it killed her back as well.. My husband hates it. So we broke down and bought this. I am praying that when I wake up tomorrow, my back will not be in excruciating pain. I will update
