This is a durable mattress protector as we've had them for years (holding up perfect) and I purchased more for my kids at college. They are waterproof and do not have a plastic feel nor plastic lining. These are great for all those comfortable pillowtop memory foam mattresses because these allow you to sink in and feel your mattress. These do take longer to dry when washing and I have a trick to speed up the drying time - take a few clean, thick towels and throw them in the dryer with this mattress protector as it dries. It helps so much!

I originally bought this because my infant sometimes pees through his diapers and I wanted to protect my mattress. I wasn't sure how well it worked because it never had to handle more than a very small puddle that was mostly absorbed by the sheet over it. Unfortunately a few nights ago it was put to the ultimate test. I had drank a large amount of iced tea during the day as well as right before bed and for some reason around 3am I dreamt that I was sitting on a toilet and well.... you can guess the rest. Never in my life has anything like this happened to me, however I am lucky to have bought this before it did. I am happy to report that my mattress was fully spared and completely dry. I was very surprised at how incredibly waterproof this mattress protector really is. In addition to being water proof it is very soft and doesn't make any noise. It has a nice texture under the top sheet. If you wanted to, its soft enough to use without a top sheet honestly. It also washes up very easily. My only tip is to make sure it is turned right side out while it is drying about half way through the cycle.

I have a super thick California King mattress. My mattress is my mattress and box spring built in one. I have a hard time finding anything that fits my mattress well because it’s so thick. A lot of deep pocket fitted sheets are too small, even comforters. This bed protector is a perfect. I finally found the one and I will always purchase this for as long as I have this bed. I don’t think there could be one any better and if there is I don’t have the need to look for it. It fits beautifully and it looks beautiful. Like I was so happy to see that the way this came out it was not to good to be true. It looked as clean and is as comfortable as the picture. I actually bought what I was seeing. Great price too. These things are expensive and this one is very affordable. Right. To good to be true, but it’s true.Affordable. Great Quality. Beautiful. Fits! BUY THIS!
