I use these for pole and so far these are the best ones. It's thick enough to protect your knees and you'll still be able to climb or invert with these. Quality is very good, and the nude color goes well with any outfit and boot colors. So far it's been holding up very well.

I ordered a size down and they fit perfectly (a little tight and don't slide down). The pads are removable, malleable and VERY thick but more impressively stick to the pole. The dots don't feel very sticky to the touch but do a great job. For the price it's definitely high quality.

You'll never see me complain about ample skin tones in knee pads, what i am complaining about is that these knee pads are NOT the shade that are shown in all of the photos and reviews listed. So I did not know I was ordering knee pads in a shade that wasn't super pale in tone, they look like great quality but I feel misled by the photos. Simple return but I needed them for my dancing gigs this weekend. Again, kudos to the brand for offering shades that aren't just porcelain or beige!

I’ve tried the lunalae sticky kneepads before and was underwhelmed, these are far superior — my new go-to! Highly recommend. Great quality and comfortable, enough padding for kips, any floorwork you like. 10/10

The colour of these knee pads was pinker/peachier than pictured, and too light for me.In terms of fit (I followed the size chart loosely) it was just right, but knowing that these stretch out, I realized I should’ve gone down a size.I ended up buying the caramel shade in S directly from the Queen Wear website, and it’s a better fit and match for my skin tone.
