It’s bigger than I thought but feels good in the hand. For some reason I imagined this was soup spoon sized and not serving spoon size. All of my spoons are round and not oval to make quenelles/rochers but this makes very nice rochers

Makes perfect quenelles, I wish the handle was a little shorter but it's probably like that for a reason, it's Dishwasher safe, heavy and sturdy, like I'm confident on using it on ice cream one of these days. Will update on that.

This is an expensive spoon to make your Quinnell’s look more professional. If that is important to you, then go for it otherwise just reach in the drawer.

I use the spoon everyday at work to quenelle my sorbet and gelato for plating up my desserts… great portion size and smooth to handle for dish outs

The spoon size is quite large, bought it to test for a gift for kitchen staff, won’t be moving forward with this product based on overall size. Strength of spoon and overall quality is good
