For some reason, all I had and could find were the plastic pad holders, but sometimes those break if you drop them. I wanted these because they're rubber, and these are so much better. They do flex a little, but it's minimal, especially with the smaller sizes. I'm pleased with this kit and the price is very good for what you get.

Had to grind down the hex adapters so they would fit into my impact gun. They were about a half inch too long.

Overall, this is a nice kit. It comes with 3 different sized pads, 6 different posts - 3 with the 1/4" chuck, and 3 with the smooth posts for a die grinder. All in all, it's a pretty basic kit that will do what you need it to.
