Nicely made product. It is also usable on a Holley carb and MUCH cheaper than Holley's bracket, but be aware that the screw interfered with the electric choke assembly on my 4150 carb. I had to shorten the screw significantly. Not a complaint since I don't have a QF carb.

This is a great way to set the secondary butterfly on your mechanical carb without turning it upside down. Allows you to fine tune the primary and secondary while the engine is running.

The bracket itself fits where it is supposed to, but it is formed in such a way that the adjusting screw doesnt make contact with the existing secondary adjustment screw that comes through the base plate of the carb.Ok, so a couple of tweaks mostly cured this.The more serious issue is the supplied adjustment screw, it is far too long and will not allow the secondary butterflies to open more than 25%. Now, the instructions for this kit said: "check for any binding binding issues and address before driving". Ok, so I basically had to cut the adjusting screw and its tension spring in half so that the screw would not contact the choke housing during operation.Pretty crudely engineered and manufactured. Holley has a separate part number for essentially the exact same part, but it comes with a much shorter screw and a finer looking tension spring.If you need this kit for a Quick Fuel carb, buy the Holley part instead.
