The part that frustrated me the most is probably the instructions, or lack of. No pictures, no easy reference to parts. Never seen anything like this iny 10 years in buying "Assembly Required" prod from Amazon.The product was poorly made. No pre drilled holes to secure the ladder to the "standoff" assembly. Returning today.
