This tubing kinks and twists without any provocation. Totally useless as any kind of tubing carrying water.I had to replace the entire installation (100’) with tuning bought from our local hardware store.

I use this tubing for tying Lake Michigan ties. It’s a great size in that it’s not too big to have any part of the hook to come through and yet large enough to be able to tie enough material around it to make a full-looking fly.

I bought it because it was the lowest cost PVC hose I could find of sufficient length and have to remember you get what you pay for. As other reviews have stated, it will arrive badly kinked and bent. It took me a while but I pushed a length of rigid PEX tubing, then ran hot water through the PEX to warm the entire hose up and then allowed it to cool. That got the shape I needed. Then I tried to use the hose outside when it was about 5C and it worked OK for a while but as soon as I tried to make a mild bend to it, it would kink and fold, then the cold weather would make it very hard in the kinked position. So the only way to use it a second time was to heat it back up, push the PEX back through it and let it cool in the desired shape again.

The hose arrived flat. I put heavy chain in the tubing. A little WD40 or similar lubricant was applied and the chain would slide the tubing. It’s heavy duty tubing.

Good quality but in some instances when curving the tubing it can kink rather easy, maybe a little too soft but it worked great for me.

Came squished jn the bag so it was kinked about every foot. Returned because it wasn't usable.

I have now had this tubing for awhile and it still stinks. It also came kinked and twisted but I was able to reform most of it. Because of the smell I don't think it should be used for food applications but works very well for my fish tank. It does work as intended but the company should try to eliminate the smell and pack it better.
