I thought this item would be similar to a metal dog comb we used to have, but it must be made of steel as it is heavy and really sturdy. The comb is divided in half with one end having the pins about 3/16th" apart and the other end 3/8th" apart. (An onion holder from the same company has 3/8th" spacing but fewer tines.) I am still experimenting with the items that can be made on a comb and so far have conquered "exotic leaves". I am surprised at how hard it is to find patterns that use a comb or an onion holder. I have about 7 books on quilling and none of them cover comb quilling. Some information is available on the company website. Quilled Creations, but I hope to find more information covered in a book soon.

This is a very nice, sturdy tool for quilling. Each side has different spacing, which gives you more options for creating. I’m very happy with my purchase!I hope this review was helpful!

Exactly what I needed. I love the fact that it has two different spacings and the length of each is just right. Some of the teeth look like they were cut when the metal was still soft but it's not enough to cause a problem.

I love this comb and I use it more than any other quilling tool! It’s strong enough to hold the paper and not flimsy at all.

Ich bin so zufrieden mit diesem Quilling-Kamm. Die einzelnen Zähne sind sehr fest und verbiegen sich auch nicht. Nach längere benutzen kann ich ihn sehr empfehlen, allerdings wird er nach einer weile etwas schwer, aber da gewöhnt man sich dran. Er besteht eben aus robustem Metall.

This is absolutely fantastic, top class for quality and I find it a lot easier to use than the usual combs.I would say it's a necessity for all quillers and it's certainly one tool I don't regret buying.This seller gave a great service, it was a speedy delivery and the price was good, so any crafter thinking about getting one of these just go for it you'll be glad you did.
