All the parts fit and work well. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took me about an hour to install everything. BBQ runs great now.Considering what replacing the BBQ would cost and how easy and how little time this took this is an outstanding investment to bring an older BBQ back to life.

My Traeger is 9 years old, and had some big problems: Smoke would come out of the hopper, it couldn't reach 400 degrees, and the fire pot was corroded through in places. At minimum, I knew I needed a new firepot and induction fan, but figured I'd rather upgrade and get all the critical parts replaced. So happy I did! The new fire pot is stainless steel, and appears more robust than the original; while the new screws didn't fit my smoker, I was able to use the old ones with no problem. The new induction fan solved the "smoke out of hopper" issue. One part didn't work from the kit - the auger motor - but my old one was still functional. The company was prompt in responding to me, and refunded the cost of that auger motor right away. I'll eventually need to replace it I'm sure, but no biggie for now, and I'm very pleased with the vendor's customer service. As for the difficulty of the job, I'd say that anyone with a couple hours, and knowledge of the correct end of a screwdriver can follow the instructions (especially with the help of youtube). Took me about 3 hours including cleaning hidden parts of my grill; it was helpful to have my son give me a hand with hopper removal and reinstall, which is part of the job. I highly recommend these parts and this vendor to anyone with an aging smoker.

Good parts replacement kit. Color coded install on all the pigtails for electrical connections. Save your old screws if you can. The new ones for the firepot were a bit big. Installed on a treager tailgater. Whole process about an hour.
