These snap hooks are perfect for large breed dog leash, and are easy to use. I cannot rate the durability yet, since I started using them just a few weeks ago, but I have reasonably good expectations.

There easier to clip to belt loop than the 3†one i had (cause the button is bigger to grasp). I replaced my old 3†one for the 3-1/2†one. Its all 316 stainless so will never corrode. Love it!

Bought this for my school keys. I have a large magnet that I use to hang my keys (and I needed the hook to attach to my backpack. The hook will not stick to the magnet. Will be returning.

These are very strong but the cast is very rough. The spring latch gets stuck on the rough edges.

I got these because constantly handling brass items can expose the user to invisible but toxic amounts of lead. Buying stainless steel should remove that risk. Hopefully the spring will stand the test of time.
