【Perfect Design】 R40403-003 blower control provides outputs for a 2 speed indoor blower motor and single speed inducer motor. The control receives inputs from the thermostat (W, Y, and G), pressure switch, and high temperature limit switches. The control also provides user selectable blower delays through dip switch settings. The 24 volt circuit of this control is protected by a 5 amp replaceable automotive type fuse.

Exact fit would buy again if I need to, make sure you take a picture of your wire location before installing

Nice cheap replacement for my failed expensive board. Fixed my problem and my furnace is back up and running. I took a picture of the old board wired in before removing it. Then just matched the wires back up to this new board. Made it a quick and easy job.

Perfect replacement for ST9120C2010 that burned up and died. I had that one out and this one in in about 15 minutes time and now have my furnace blower back up and running.I highly recommend this as a pop-in replacement for that specific blower circuit board.

HVAC system had been erratic and a/c and heat would not function properly. Air conditioner would not turn on blower motor at times. When heat on, burner would overflame and had to shut off power to stop. New ckt board fixed both problems, 25 yr old hvac system normal now. Board alittle different so take picture of wiring connections, easier to install properly.UPDATE: Ckt board lasted less than a year. Blower wouldn't shut off. Had to trip breaker. Reset breaker now won't work in heat or a/c mode. Had erratic a/c blower operation before finally just quit . Shows 12 month warranty but doesn't give contact information.Update: Contacted Amazon but did not get response, now out of warranty period. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
