We had a Rabbit opener for many years and it worked flawlessly. After 4-5 years it got “weakâ€, so we bought a new one. It did not work well. It was successful at pulling the cork about 1 out of 4 tries. It would break the cork, cork would get stuck in the Rabbit, it would go all the way down but not be able to pull the cork out and it would just stall. So, we returned it through Amazon and got a replacement. That one is performing the same way and we’ll be returning it and looking at other options.Also, with this newer generation of product, the tool one uses to remove the foil before pulling the cork is a joke. I wish I’d saved the cutter from the original product because it worked very well. The new one does not have a good storage place in the plastic holder/charger. Instead it sits on top of the wine cork. And, it is virtually impossible to cut the foil with it.BTW, we got an AH-SO opener for backup and was reminded what a great solution that is.

We love the Rabbit products! My husband got this for the holidays and it works great! Easy to use and it keeps its charge. All the tools work well! This is definitely a great gift for someone!

My Rabbit electric wine opener after many years of use became unable to hold a charge. Unfortunately, Rabbit does not provide any means to get a new battery. But, since I had been happy with the set I have been using, I ordered this one. Like my last one, it is attractive and works beautifully to open a wine bottle. I was very pleased that my new set included a drip collar.My disappointment in the set is the foil cutter. Simply put - it stinks. It requires perfect placement on the foil. When you achieve that, you have to be sure to pull the cutter into the foil with enough pressure to engage it. And then after 3, 4, 5, or 6 full turns, you may or may not find that the foil is cut. It is just a bad design.Fortunately, I saved the horseshoe shaped foil cutter from my previous set and can use that. Unfortunately, It doesn't fit in the opening in the base of my new set, so I have to keep it nearby.

Super easy to use. The bottle opener is so much easier than using arm power to get that cork out. The aerator is the best one we have ever used. Really makes the wine taste so much better. Get this if your looking for a fun addition to your wet bar.
