I have a Specialized Vado e-bike with a Racktime Snap-It pannier rack. I received a gift of a nice bike bag that had the usual velcro straps for attaching the bag to the rack. Unfortunately the width of the bag made a secure attachment using the straps impossible. Then I discovered this adapter. All I had to do was make 4 appropriately spaced holes in the bottom of the bag. The adapter came with a pattern sheet that allowed me to mark exactly where the holes should be. I thought I might need a drill, but the bag material was soft enough that a simple awl easily poked through. Then it was just a matter of screwing in the included screws through the bag into the adapter. I also cut off the velcro straps since they were no longer needed. After just a few minutes, I had a sturdy bag that easily snaps on and off my bike and looks great.

If you have a Racktime rear rack but want to buy another make of bag you need this. You fix it to any bag & it makes it into a Snappit the system to click your bag on to the rack. Works great & its a good secure system . Its easy to remove the bag just click a lever & slide it off. Well thought out product & Racktime are the creme de la creme of bike racks but their bags are like hens teeth! No-one stocks them. They do have a main distributor in USA who don't stock much.

Great fit, value for money and versatile if you have a Rackmount compatible rear rack. Managed to make my Tern basket into one that fits my e-bike rear rack. Delivery was fast and thanks to Amazon, could be delivered to Canada.

This rack adapter is great and allowed me to modify a bag that I already had to fit my Racktime rack. Only issue is it is a little trickier to get on and off than I thought it would be but hoping that will get easier with practice.

Bought my wife a Specialized "Vado" E-bike that came with a rack on the back but no trunk. After a good deal of research we found the rack manufacturer was "Rack Time". We purchased a Topeak Trunk Bag EX because we liked the size and geometry. Attaching this adapter to the Topeak trunk bag was easy with use of an awl to make holes in the bottom of the bag for the fasteners. Works great!!
