I needed some afternoon sun shade on a southwest window and this was perfect. I followed other reviews and left it wraped until installed. I just cut around the loops so I could slip it over the hooks. Very easy to rool up and down. This style of blind tends to be very fragile so careful handling will provide perfect results!

We like to sit on our small front porch but for a short time in the evening, the sun can be brutal. We wanted a shade that was just the right size to block a specific area. We didn't need anything big and long. This shade was perfect. So easy to install and we were able to customize the size by using the clips that come with it. It was not doing the best job to block the sun when it was one layer so we doubled it by folding it in half and clipping the bottom to the top. It did the trick perfectly. We didn't need to anchor it and it does move in the wind but it's heavy enough that it doesn't flap. We'll be able to remove it for the winter. Hopefully, it will hold up. It is not rugged but it's in a place where it won't be touched so it should be ok. Very, very happy. I wish we did it sooner!

Good product. Ive bought like 5-6 of these in last 7 yrs but from another company. For 1/2 the price but there always out of stock of course. So I tried this one from Amazon seemed to be the same product and it is I paid more but I’m glad I ordered it-it’s still a great price for a patio blind. It came tonight jan 27,2024 I just put it up in 2 minutes it’s so lightweight and quick to put up. But keep in mind I don’t attach it like you can I just hang mine on 3- long nails that are already on boarder of my wood patio one nail is in middle and 2 on each end and whallah’ you got privacy in 2 seconds lol and of course in day time it blocks about 90% of the uv rays and sunlight. It gives me just enough sunlight to enjoy my patio or garden without the sun beating down on my face. And my new neighbors that I don’t know very well at all put up security cameras that I know capture this side of my house & patio when I go out there and I’m not comfortable with that at all. I mean I’m a mom & grandma I’m old not doing anything wrong but I love my own space and privacy. Everyone deserves and has rights to privacy. So if your debating on this shade I gave you my honest option. They are made of vinyl not bamboo or wood but they still look nice and presentable for company comes and I’m very happy with it.I will order 3 more for the length to cover my whole area soon.

So poorly made. I bought this in December, but just recently decided to put it up. Straight out of the box, it was completely starting to unravel. I waited too long to use it, so now I can’t return it. Wasted money. I’ve bought many of these over the years. I still have some , in working condition, that I purchased from Home Depot over 10 years ago. I guess you get what you pay for. 😔

These blinds are super easy to install - they even give you some wiggle room so you don't have to get the brackets exactly in the right place. I think that they are definitely fine for the price, I'd try to get these on sale if I'm honest. The PVC tubes crack VERY easily, even from using the little clips to raise and lower the shades. If you live somewhere very windy, I wouldn't recommend these.They work great on my East facing patio to block some of the worst heat during the summer. They still let enough filtered light in for my plants. However, in the evening, you can see straight through them into rooms with lights on, so I wouldn't recommend these for privacy either.Sun blocking - 7/10Heat blocking - 6/10Privacy - 4/10Ease of installation - 10/10Ease of daily use (raise and lower shades) - 6/10, i find the clips very annoyingValue for money - 8/10

We ordered two of these to stop the sun and heat beating through two windows. One was a replacement, one for a new area. Leave the shade wrapped BEFORE installing!! It would have made the installation seamless. The hooks were easy to install ( I'm 61 YO woman!). Drilled a pilot hole and screwed them right in. The sliding brackets give you lots of grace when installing. Had to wrangle the shades a bit since I unwrapped them first!! Once up, the plastic hooks slipped right through the slats to adjust the length. They look great, seem sturdy and the wind or breeze haven't blown them off the hooks or flipped up in the roof. Very happy with this purchase! And they have kept the rooms cooler but still let plenty of I direct light in!!

I bought these this blind to hang on my outdoor deck porch. I started with one then another and in total I have 4. They look extremely nice and effectively blocks out the Sun. They’re easy to install in literally 2 minutes. They upgraded the look of my porch area. Would buy again and did buy again four times. Note. Although these are not Bamboo, they still look good. They’re Bamboo-adjacent plus an Unbeatable Price!!

I had previously reviewed this and rated it high; however, now, in less than 3 weeks, the string holding the slats together has already come loose. I had purchased one a few weeks prior and it is still fine, but I am not at all pleased with this second one..

I received the product in good shape BUT there was NO Adjustable Fastener so I cannot roll it up and keep it rolled.PLEASE SEND ME THE MISSING PART (ADJUSTABLE FASTENER) AS IT SHOWS IN THEN AD PICTURE
