I ordered a small but got a pair marked medium, which was good because these just fit me. (I'm usually on the large side of a size 4, so occasionally need to go up a size.) They are not stretchy. The polyester keeps them from wrinkling. They are very soft and thin. I really like them; they will be useful for many costumes.

Well made. Nice fabric for a pair of costume bloomers. The elastic has lasted through several Halloween events and is still going. Couldn't be happier.

They are super cute! However they run extremely small!!!! So make sure to order 2 to 3 sizes up.
