These are plenty thick and will provide years of service. Installation and trimming to fit was super easy with basic hardware and a jigsaw. I used this to widen the ski area for a sled deck ramp and it worked perfect.

Worked out perfect for a trifold ATV ramp I had to turn it into an emergency snowmobile ramp, seems like good thickness, should hold up well two runners on snowmobile!

They don't tell you that you only get 1ea guide thats 5ft long & 6 inches wide!!! Anyone ordering these, know you need one for each ski on snowmobile. You think your getting a pair. What good is 1 guide 5ft long.....I still need one now for other runner on sled, and most sled & trailers are 10ft. So I actualy need three more at $12.95 each. Not "HAPPY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!Quality of the 1 guide is good. So be aware before ordering, its not a set, or enough for one snowmobile.

They appear to be well made. Sadly, they don't come with the screws you need to install them. I had to hit the harware store and buy stainless steel screws to install them. Easy to screw down to your trailer surface if it's wood like mine. Now we'll see how well they hold up over time. Just installed mine last week.

Easy to install. Left the screws about a half turn loose so that the material can expand and contract when needed.

When I bought this product on amazon they offered a best package at the bottom of the screen. So I thought when I ordered the package it would come with 2 glides and 1 mat . Gee I don't know the last time I checked a snowmobile has to ski . I guess I will make it work.

These runners work great!! The carbide runners on my sled slide effortlessly on/off my trailer with these!! Very pleased!!!

The description of this item needs to be updated to state what you are actually receiving. To my surprise I received only two 5' long sections for $40. I can find a pair of 12' sections for $70. If I buy through Amazon to outfit the remainder of my 12' trailer, it is going to cost me another $140 totalling $200.I am satisfied with the quality of the product.
