For context I bought a set of ATV tires with deep lugs for my riding lawnmower. It was much better but if the yard was drying from extremely wet the grass would stick more with the mud to make them slicks. These chains do not cake up. And only they are easier on the lawn in turns if you're careful. I think the slack in the chains slow the tire to swivel over them to a point before the slack it taken up. Then the damage is only a flap of sod shaped like a pie slice instead of a round bald spot. And I've flipped them back over after making too tight of a turn and it grew in like almost nothing happened. They were 4apmost 12" too long in circumference but that is way better than too short. Never had an issue. I just cut them to size

I found out when fitting these chains onto tires measuring 20x10.00-8 that the chains delivered were actually too long by two strips of chain lengths which wrap across the tires. Fortunately I own a portable Makita welding grinder and proceeded to cut and remove the two lengths which were in the way of cinching the fitment as anticipated; just aheads-up to anyone purchasing the size I selected. to be prepared to modify them to fit properly

Way too long had to cut to length. Cut off about 8-10 inches and then fit absolutely perfectly.Very happy, quality product, good price.

Tires were .5 too small but zip ties adjusted tight enough to operate. Better price than local.
