It's a shock boot, excellent quality and comes with a wire tie to secure to the fork tube. Not a lot to say about a fork boot but would buy again.

THESE FIT THE SHOCKS PERFECT AND LAST A LONG TIME. A VERY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT FROM RANCHO. WOULD SUGGEST TO ANYONE LOOKING TO REPLACE A RIPPED BOOT.

It worked fine, but it had a manufacturing defect. There is/was a dime sized half moon chunk missing from the end of the boot, near the end of the "lip". I still used it.
