I have had the worst time trying to find the HA white embossing powder in stock... literally, for months. I decided to try the Ranger brand after reading some of the reviews here. While I can't compare it to the HA, I CAN say that this super fine powder works beautifully! There were no gaps on my images; it gives very bright white opaque coverage; and it worked on sentiments with thinner fonts just perfectly.I purchased this one and the Enchanted Gold through My Scrappin' Spot. While it wasn't Prime (I don't usually purchase non-Prime items) it arrived on time, wrapped in bubble wrap. I only include this tidbit of info here because I've run into issues with other non-Prime sellers while purchasing embossing powders. Since I'm in Hawaii, it can be difficult (or exorbitantly expensive) to find what I need. Sellers like this one make it easier... although I still wish it was Prime. ;)

I love the Ranger embossing powders and needed a white powder to finish a project. It arrived on time and the shipping package was not damaged but when I opened the package, embossing powder got on my hands and some on the floor. I looked closer and could see part of the cellophane around the top of the container had powder on it and was a bit lifted from the container. I proceeded to open the container (since I needed to finish the project) and more powder was coming out as I did this. Once I had the cellophane removed, I discovered the problem. The lid was cracked and that had allowed some of the powder to come out. Embossing powders are not cheap (although I know they go far), but I don't like having some of it wasted due to a defective lid. I did give 4 stars because the product arrived on time and I was able to complete my project, but....I am not happy that part of the container's contents was lost inside the shipping envelope and on my hands and floor when I opened the package. I guess Quality Control didn't see the cracked lid and let this slip by and be put out for sale and for that aspect, I'd give zero stars! I am attaching photos to show this defective container.
