For color this is great. When used on lighter tan or light brown papers it adds the right color shading and when used on darker shades of brown paper, adds highlights for shading. It's a versatile brown.

Well I was on a hunt to get every distress pad from Tim Holtz/Ranger line. Great pad and lasts forever it seems. The color is vibrant and beautiful. Very easy to use.

I just love this Tim Holtz distressed oxide ink pad. The gathered twig color is not too dark nor too light. It's perfect. I own many distressed ink pads and this is my favorite shade of brown.
