Expensive but appear to do the job much better. Our office environment requires a limited about of stapling daily except for once a year where we have a couple of large jobs (600 packets) with a range of 20 - 50 sheets of paper.The problem that pushed me to this stapler is that Swingline staplers have not been built in the last 20 years to last. We have replaced the Swingline staplers recently to the more expensive hand staplers a few years back. All of them are always jamming left and right and wasting an excessive amount of time, which hurts the bottom line. I also like that idea of a 5,000 cartridge since that saves time as well instead of going to the office supply room, loading and unloading staplers , etcLast time I experienced a Swingline stapler jamming event, I went off the edge. I am so done with Swingline staplers. I purchased this beast. Hesitate due to price but from its current performance, I will save so much time in the future that I see a pay back of no longer than 3 years. Probably a 2 year payback.Swingline staplers are not longer authorized in our office. They are specifically banned for life. I am done.If you value your time and tired of your hand held stapler that jams all of the time or frequently, then consider this beast.
