They are tiny heat sinks that are perfect for the Pi 4. I cleaned the board, and they stuck on well.

I have an external USB hard drive that likes to overheat, these little heatsinks are helping me get that heat off of the drive and keep my drive cooler.I was worried about the heat degrading the adhesion but so far they're snug as a bug in a rug.I would recommend these for anyone needing some small heat dissipation in a confined space or over a dispersed area.

Works very great for cooling the CPU on a raspberry pie passively. Do not expect this to hold up with overclocking or any highly intensive task, but for day-to-day and sometimes intensive from here to there is good to have these heat sinks.

The first set of heatsinks were easy to apply and have lowered the still-air temperature by 5-7F as read by my Infrared thermometer. However the second set was bent badly during shipment - caused Amazon's poor packaging. After some CAREFUL effort, I was able to straighten out the bent fins.

I have a passively cooled Raspberry Pi 4 which these are designed to fit onto. They work. I even had an extra one that I an use for another machine. My measurements show a modest decrease in temperature at low load. I have not tested it with and without under load.

These are your basic heatsinks for a pi. They adhere properly and do their job. You get two sets, in black and blue.

I tested these on a Pi 3 and they lowered the reported temp by about 20 degrees f while it was playing YouTube videos.
