It comes in it's original packaging which reassures how new it is, it's pretty long for if you have thick clothes or extra equipment worn well at least for me since my R5X is shorter than the R10, R10X. It's nicely padded with a bit of grip so your crossbow won't slide under your arm when you don't want it to. Adjustment is easy to do. I'd be able to climb a tree without the use of a rope or string to pull my crossbow up like I usually do with my rifles and bow.

I prefer to remove while in stand as it could cause a tangle while raising bow.Makes the walk into stand a lot more comfortable while carrying other gear.

This sling is very good quality and may be worth the extra money over other slings. I did not give it a rigorous test so hard to tell much more than, it did what I needed very well.
