Update: After a couple emails back-and-forth, the company agreed to send me five replacements.Screws would not go into 3 of the 30. The 27th that did work look really nice. I requested three new pullsfrom the company via email and they are giving me a bit of runaround. If I get replacement parts, I will update this review.
