First, please be aware that this does not turn with your stand mixer power. It is manual. Debated on sending it back when I realized that and should have. Even with a more than adequate amount of flour, the pasta and filling gets jammed up and spins around creating a huge mess. I gave it a couple tries and then threw it away. It was a huge waste of $50 plus some wasted pasta and filling, but I could not return it because I had attempted to use it. Don’t waste your money or time.

It came with no instructions. The hub attachment is not compatible with a Kitchen-aid stand mixer. I am returning this item.
