This works perfect my1979 Scout. Bench bleed was easy and installed easy on my old brake booster. I have brake pressure again. Good quality. It’s new , not a remanufacter unit. Was easy to bleed the brakes after putting this on and now I have brakes. Would recommend this if you have a Scout. Solid piece and the top stays on tight also

1968 Tornado Brake master cylinder set up, looks good, seems to all work and run good, now!Ya know, everybody has something to say about, not finding the correct parts but, are they right?!! -NO-Back when I would have drove this car to school, as long as it ran fast, I didn't worry about slowing it down, Brakes, Batteries, Tires... but, times have changed, people have to be safe and I really need to be able to whoa, put a stop on all of it.Still gotta do something about that top, right?!!

Perfect fit, looks well built. noticeably sturdier than the last one (generic chain store). The rod clasp for the cap is super strong which i’m happy about. The old one would allow a little seepage even though it felt fairly tight. Feel about better about this one.Just bench bleed it before you slap it on. Took about 45 min. Tools: 9/16†box wrench or socket for the 2 mounting nuts and a 9/16†flare nut/line wrench for the lines. don’t skimp on the flare nut wrench!Deducted 1 star because the first time i ordered, it was never delivered and was cancelled. Ordered again, was delivered late and the box look like it was delivered by a tornado. Part was good though :)

This is just what I needed for my 57 Chevy Bel Air where the power steering pump is behind the generator and runs adjacent the master cylinder.
