This kit contains ALL the necessary replacement springs and hardware for BOTH rear wheels on 1998-2002 Honda Accords with 2.3L engines and rear drum brakes. Note, you will probably find it helpful to pry off the axle nut dust cover, remove the axle nut and then the hub/bearing assembly for MUCH easier access to the rear drum brake components. The axle nut torque spec is 134 ft/lb (181 Nm for you metric folks).

I forgot that I had the optional disc brakes on the rear so these ended up going back to Amazon. But in general, I have had good experiences with Raybestos brake parts.

The springs in the hardware kit also would not fit onto my car, we had to use the old springs.
