I have to preface this with the fact that I have never changed a rotor before. I have changed disc brakes 3-4 times in my life. After watching a few instructional videos online and using Amazon garage to help confirm I was ordering the correct one for my 2018 Kia soul, I was felt fairly good about taking on the project. It was easier than I thought!The old rotor was totally trashed but it didn't take long to remove and replace. Then I finished the disc pad change and done. Basically once your in enough to change out the disc brake pads, it's 2 more bolts to remove the entire caliper thing and then just 1 or 2 screws (I can't remember now) to remove the rotor. The hardest part was figuring out what part to grab to shimmy it off since mine was tightly wedged in. The new one slid perfectly into place without any issue and fit like an original part.Now I wished I would have ordered more for some that were technically fine to stay but it would be much quieter braking if I would have replaced them. Oh and if you are new to this repair don't forget about test driving after any brake change at very low speeds around the block with very slow braking so the rotor and pad can wear just enough to create the perfect matching surface.After changing, we live in the city with crazy drivers so having to slam the brakes unfortunately does come up. These brake exactly as I hoped and do not appear to have any unusual wear like what you might see with a cheap inferior product.

A month since I installed these front and rear rotors, there is a friction sound but not whistling sound. Yesterday with the rain the breaks got lose for a second when the front tire got into a pothole but I can't judg if the rotors or wegnar disks

The rotor arrived promptly and in good condition. Installation was simple. Abnormal noise or vibrations have not been detected after 500 miles.
