The kit provides most of the hardware that you most likely need to replace whenever you repair or replace your drum brakes. This was my first time installing drum brakes and my car is a 2009 Toyota Corolla. Everything I needed was included in the bag. Everything fits well and doesn’t seem to show any flaws. One of things I will remember when doing drum brakes again is to compressed the horseshoe retainer clip evenly as I made a mistake on where compressed one of them unevenly causing one end to break. And one other thing to remember is to have a lot of strength when installing the big springs as I was struggling when I was installing them with diagonal cutting pliers (dull pliers as I don’t want to accidentally cut any of the springs).

I received the proper brakeshoes but the hardware kit had nothing in it that could be used. I already had removed the old brakes and was about to install the new ones when I discovered that none of the new hardware parts would work. I had to clean all the old hardware and reuse it. Not the proper way to change brakes. Will purchase locally next time.
