This cart is living up to its description and beyond. I am ridiculously impressed by its weight capacity, its sturdiness, and it’s extreme ease of use. It can wheel a load of 800 lbs of pressed wood millwork through a doorway like no tomorrow. I know the capacity is more, but I don’t really put more than 1,000 lbs on it so I can’t attest to the total capacity. The casters move seamlessly. The removable handles are genius. It is extremely heavy duty, and I beat this thing up regularly. It has been all over the country on job sites with me as I refuse to leave home without it. It has tipper over a couple of times due to my loading error of uneven weight. Lesson learned. Every single time I start to load this cart up at a new job site, I say hoe much I love this cart. It drives the contractors nuts, but I don’t care. They love this cart, too. Wish I would’ve bought this sooner. So yourself a favor and get it, even if just using it at home, as it really is worth every penny.

Strong solid cart, and would have given 5 stars IF 2 issues are fixed:First, I do have to say this is one VERY STRONG sold beefy cart.1) NO locking/break casters. Very surprised this cart doesn’t have any. Very frustrating when trying to load heavy things and the cart just keeps moving/rolling around, especially when you’re by yourself. Additionally, if you are on any kind of slope (i.e. my garage and drive way have a slight slope) the cart starts rolling away. You have to put bricks or something heavy to store and stop the cart from moving. Very dangerous, especially when this thing is full loaded up (hundreds and hundreds + lbs)2) Removable handle bars/rails are NOT bolted or lock into place. While it’s great to have the option to remove them as needed, they pop out too easy with any kind of upward movement. If you need to go over a bump and need to give some lift assistance they just pop out. I have a bump/lip between my garage floor and driveway and there’s no way to get the cart (unless it’s not loaded) over the bump and back into the garage with the handles like this. Not complaining they come out, I’m not happy they come out when I don’t want them to

Be careful when shopping. Especially once you put this, or any other, in your shop cart to buy. Even I get fooled when I was trying to buy this and almost got the wrong one. I owned 5 of these at one time and used them for over 20 years in the business. Of all the varieties of this, our go to was always the 27" wide x 36" long with 4-swivel wheels. We hated the 2-straight 2-swivel version because we frequently had to make a corner, or turn, and ended up trying to left it around the corner. The only time the 2-straight was the rare push along a side leaning walk, or parking lot, BUT you overcome that by pushing from side forward with 2 people and then go back to loving how you can wiggle around corners and hallways, and office cubicles with ease! WE have overloaded these with 3,000 lbs and abused them. May favorite portability was to nest stack them, all 5 into back of a Chevy Trailblazer, Envoy, Suburban, etc. When you nest, wheel to wheel, there is room for the removable handles right in there with the wheels after they are nested. The removable handles are amazing strong and in only a couple cases over 20 years did a couple bend a little (Big George bent them back). I retired 6 years ago and gave them to another business that moves offices where they continue to do their job well. I have missed them soo much that I just had to buy on to have it around. It helped move a new couch into our ranch style home recently (ya, I know...but it is worth it plus I have a pickup and friends that don't but ask me to help...well you know that story about pickup's attracting friends. thanks for reading this far!
