I purchased 2 of these for my 9 and 12 year old grandsons. I would say the sizing is accurate. They washed and dried perfectly. The material feels fairly good quality. I think they are going easily last until they grow out of them. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. My 7 year old grandson is tall and thin ….if you get him pants to fit in the waist they are too short ..after reading many many reviews ..I found these reviews very helpful so I purchased size 8 for him and they fit perfect in the waist (won’t fall down ) and good length ! I went and got him another set as well on sale for $22 and some change Washes up nice also

The only thing I didn't like was the zipper kept sticking. But My son Loves it. Nice Color . Soft and comfortable and will be Repurchasing other Colors and sets ad well. You simply cannot go wrong especially the price.
