These SPDT Mag Switches atre perfect for outdoor applications. These come in two-set packs with the Magnetic Switch and the Trigger Magnet in identical size housings. The Switch is also hermeticly sealed, so will work underwater, too. Viva la RESITANCE: These have virtually Infinite OPEN Resistance, and I measured Zero Closed Resitance. (Many Magnetic Switches are not this good.) The switch measutes 22 mm (0.875 in.) deep with a "Cap" end being 23.3 mm (0.92 in.) Diameter, the larger barrel is 19 mm diameter (0.75 in.) by 11.5 mm (0.45 in.) deep and the smaller barrel is 14 mm (0.55 in,) diameter by 9,8 mm (0.387 in.) deep. The leads are pre-tinned and are 13 inches long. I'm using these in to automatically switch in / out different Robo-Mower wire Border loops automagically by opening / closing the gates to the front/back/side yards. Simple: Back yard always mowed, front and side yards automatically mow whe their yard gate is open. Nothing else required. I'm 70 and I like to simplify my life. I considered a lot of options, but this was the best because it is simple magneics on my gates and a little extra border wire. FIVE STARS on these switches. (I bought two sets - 4 switches total.)
