I like the adjustable velcro. Fits nice and snug but also able to release tightness if necessary. Lower lumbar / back area are supported when lifting or bending.....Of course, I use it at the gym but found it was helpful while picking up debris from storm and lifting items.Great belt.Sorry no pictures taken

Sizing is right on the money! I like that it is nylon (pliable) and velcro and not leather and stiff buckle.GREAT VALUE for the price! Two thumbs up.

I’m a waist 34†and got a medium and it fits perfect. I really like the belt it’s well-made secure and doesn’t feel flimsy. The only slight downfall is that the auto lock may work too well meaning it’s difficult sometimes to take the belt off because it’s locked in so well

Solid product, I got the Large as my circumference around the belly button measures 37", however is it too big and so it is less effective. other than that seems to be well made.

Endlich mal ein leichter Gürtel der nicht beim Auspacken schon auseinander fällt und einen guten Ersteindruck macht... Wurde gleich mit Squads getestet... problemlos und auch nicht schlechter als mein alter Ledergürtel, der mir leider nach 30 Jahren kaputt ging. Der Klettverschluss ist lang genug, hält bombenfest und die Stützwirkung ist sehr gut.Für den Preis gibt es nichts auszusetzen und wer nicht mehr an die Grenzen geht (auf die Gewichte bezogen), der ist mit diesem Modell sehr gut bedient.Für Alle die noch pumpen bis zum Maximum... lieber etwas mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und einen guten Ledergürtel kaufen.
