I ordered this for two reasons:1. To provide a clear countdown timer for board games that everyone can see easily.2. To provide an easy-to-see count-up timer for when I call contra dances and need to know how much time has elapsed on the dance floor.It’s bigger than a smartphone screen, and doesn’t put someone’s device out of commission.It comes with nice, clear, color instruction sheets which have unfortunately lost their form due to having to squeeze to fit into a smaller box than the papers are wide. The gadget is pretty easy to figure out even without instructions, though.It comes with a USB-A to USB-C wire for charging. I wish it were C-to-C as modern adapters are moving to the new USB-C standard. Unlike some devices though, this thankfully will charge with a C-to-C cable.This also includes a very nice drawstring pouch for carrying. That's a huge plus in my book – it keeps it from being scratched up when jumbling around with sound equipment in my bag. The included rubber lanyard is nice, but I’m not sure that I’d use it. The built-in magnet is great, especially so this can stick to a podium or music stand. I also love the built-in remote which makes it easy to control if I set it further away to be seen by multiple folks.There’s a lot to love about this thing. Here's my only beef:It seems to me that the screen space is often underutilized. In every mode except stopwatch, there are only four time digits displayed: up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds. (In stopwatch mode, milliseconds are included.) You would think that once 60 or 99 minutes has passed, the first two screen spots would change to display hours, but they don’t. It is impossible to time more than 99 minutes on this, which feels like a letdown for a fancy device that’s used only for timing. Yes, most things you’ll time won’t go over an hour and a half, but it would be nice to have the option. After all, the mode is displayed atop the screen all the time anyway; we don’t need it again in a big abbreviation. It’s pretty easy to tell which direction (up or down) a clock is ticking at a glance.

This clock/timer is great. It is pretty small, making it easy to take with you. It charges via USB cord. I appreciate that the face of the clock is easy to see and there is the ability to adjust the volume while using it. I like that it has multiple pre-programmed workout styles as well so you don't have to waste time programming. I highly recommend it!

This gym timer has been a game changer in my garage, particularly with my boxing workouts.I particularly like the workout modes, especially the TABATA & FGB modes. These are great for pacing - whether you are conditioning yourself for 5 minutes or going all out for 20 seconds. You can also customize modes to your liking.The battery life on this timer is impressive. I have used this timer consistently for two months, averaging 4-5 1-hour workouts per week, and have only needed to charge it twice - I left the timer on overnight on some occasions so I am even more impressed with this stat! The magnet on the back of the timer makes it easy to mount on a metal surface. The timer is small enough to be portable but large enough to where you aren't squinting from across the room to figure out how much time you have left.Overall, I am very pleased with this timer. It has grown to be a garage must-have for me!

This is a nice and simple portable timer. We have it in our garage gym now and I like that I can take it to practices or workouts on the go. It is battery operated and seems to have a good battery life so far. I like that it has magnets on the back, we keep it attached to our squat rack. It is pretty simple to set it up for what timer you want and the noise is nice and clear. Overall we are happy with it and think the price is fair for what you get. I hope that sharing my opinion and experience here provides you some value when shopping and deciding on something like this timer, if so please let everyone know below.

Pretty simple review. Works well, easily programable for you're set, doesn't take much space so it doesn't bother people and the magnet are strong so there's no worry of someone bumping it off the rails. The remotes is a nice touch, keeps you from having to get up and fiddle with it every time. While being a but pricey the quality is top notch. Haven't needed to recharge it yet.

Has potential, in making workout more efficient without looking at phone but its over engineered. Has to many settings, with unclear instructions. Some modes you can set on the devices remote and others you need to use the physical device. You should be able to do everything with the device. Instruction manual not clear for some steps. Presets work quite well, but setting customized times is more of a pain than it should be. Could be good for you if you really cant look at your phone and like there presets, but I find its cumbersome to use.
