I purchased it my wife who suffered 2 severe strokes over 18 months back and is now getting some arm and hand movement. She is able to use this with the help of the glove for now and hopefully she’ll progress quicker with the help of this device. The device is well constructed and adequately stable when properly assembled. The video is available as a reference to assemble but the assembly process is pretty simple. I normally don’t do reviews but I am doing this one in hopes it will help someone in their path to recovery.

The top part isn’t sturdy when in use but it’s good to use one at a time . Difficult for stroke patient to use both peddle n hand at the same time

Purchase for my 94 year old mom to for strength. It bike was recommended by her physical therapist.It was pretty easy to put together but could not get everything as tight as it should be.Even with that it is working smoothly. But it does not have a lot of resistance for someone with any really strength.

My husband's PT recommended this for hime use. I'd seen the little pedals-only devices and they all looked pretty shaky. This is really fairly strong/sturdy and has the added benefit of having an upper body workout, also. It was easy to assemble (they gave extra hardware which is unheard of) and my husband took to it right away.

This product presents as adaptable to all environments. But the weird angle of the bike means it is only usable on certain chairs. I have been disappointed with it and found it hard to find the right chair to use it with. I regret buying this.
