Ordered this bearing puller to remove the rear axle bearings in my vehicle. This bearing puller made quick work of the rear axle bearings in my vehicle. This bearing puller is of excellent quality and very heavy duty. You can hit this thing with a very large hammer with not worries about damaging the tool. You can also use this tool for pulling other bearings in other types of vehicles.Overall, this is a very solid and useful tool.

Overall the tool was well made. Unfortunately the end of the tube diameter was a bit small and did not fit over my axles. This was quickly remedied using a cylinder hone with 60 grit stones. I had to hone the adapter for pressing in the bearing also. Once i resolved the fitting issue, the tool worked flawlessly. Because the need for modification to fit my tundra, i would not recommend this to anyone as it may not fit their car even though it is on the list of cars it fits.

You will receive the kit in a brown box with no packaging, everything will be banging around.All the pieces have a good weight to them and overall the whole kit weighs a lot.The pieces arrived in good condition but with scratches as expected.I believe most people would consider the welding to be rough or just okay. However if you ever need to work on a 4runner axle bearing and don't want to spend the time fabricating something. Then this will save you time and headache.

I recently used this tool kit to replace the rear bearings on our Tundra. It performed well. In fact, it performed just as well as the OEM tools I use on the job. I was concerned that the ABS tone ring adapter wasn’t included in the kit, as other ABS ring kits often are not, but it turns out that this one included the adapter! That is a huge plus. This tool kit is a must-have for anyone who works on Toyota trucks.
