This was a Christmas gift for my husband. Made hauling small objects very convenient. He really likes it

The quality on this is OK.... It's specialized for Polaris models, which limits the use unless you do some fabrication to make it work with whatever you're using it with. For a specialized storage box the price isn't terrible for what it is, but it's also not what I'd call a spectacular product. If you use or for it's designed purpose it's a special box made for the bed of many Polaris Ranger models that works by way of three pegs that slide down into the holes on the side. It has a decent hinge system, a decent dual rubber latch set up, and a fairly effective weather seal. It also offers an interior storage tray and two removable rubber plugs (that also serve as bumpers) to drain it if necessary. It's made of pretty decent materials and does have a spot to place a lock if you'd want to, but that wouldn't stop a person from just picking it up and carrying it away unless you have it secured some other way. My biggest issue is that this is only 20L, which isn't much and it's really just a glorified storage tote. It's not large enough or laden with enough features to justify the $95 purchase price in my opinion. If it were 40 to 50L with some interior compartments or a way to secure it to the bed better then I'd think it would be a more versatile product. For $95 I could buy several premium larger storage totes and find a decent method of securing them to the bed. I just don't see $95 worth of value with this product.

I was actually pleasantly surprised with how this fit on my Polaris Ranger 1000XP. I've basically already filled my glove compartment and under-seat storage, so having this for extra tools, anchors, ratchet straps, etc was ideal. Once placed and pushed down as far as it would go, the box fit pretty snugly, and actually had less movement than I expected based on the video. Don't get me wrong; it does wiggle a bit back and forth as you pull on the rubber latches, but it's in no danger of coming out of the anchor holes. That being said, there is really nothing to prevent someone from wiggling it out and walking away with it in under a minute, so be careful if leaving it in a public area. Inside the box, I like the small, removable storage tray, and the larger bottom area for bigger items. The plastic shell feels pretty sturdy, as well. My favorite thing about it, however, is that it kept all my items in the box dust-free. It's been extra dry this past month, so everything else on the Ranger gets dust in or on it, but all the items inside the box were kept dust-free. A small thing, but appreciated nonetheless. Some things I disliked are the size for the price, and I also worry about the rubber latches drying out and tearing over time. I would have preferred either a longer box that utilized four anchor holes, instead of three, as well as plastic latches as you might see on standard toolbox. Other than that, very happy with this addition to my UTV.

Looked and sounded good in the ad but now that I own it the quality is not the greatest kinda flimsy also no way to tighten it to the box of our general. Wish I would have looked around a little more.
