It is compatible with my 2004 Honda Pilot rear Differential bolts . What I like about it they come in two different sizes one for the fill bolt and the other for the drain bolt

The drain plug washers were the correct size but thinner than the original. Overall they work fine and did not leak.

2015 Honda Pilot. Works identical to OEM. Also, the larger of the two sizes fits the drain and fill plug of the center transfer gearbox, so that worked out fantastic!

Picked up these Rear Differential Fill and Drain Plug Gaskets Crush Washers Seals Rings Fits for Honda Accord Acura Civic Ridgeline Odyssey CRV CR-V Pilot Fit Element, Replaces for the Part# 94109-20000 90471-PX4-000 from the seller Waylin for $9.99.Saw a lot of recommendations to buy the genuine ones but if you understand how crush washers work, these are fine. Go with the cheapest. Can't beat $10. Used these to replace after changing the fluid in my rear differential. Sealed perfect and no leaks, has been fine ever since.
